What Premium includes

Premium lets you save more than 10 recipes and adds nutrition insights, printing and PDF export. It includes the free plan's recipe library, meal planning, shopping lists and device sync. Imports and processing remain subject to reasonable operational limits.

Your plan and price

The main plan renews annually. Eligible subscribers may see a seven-day free trial or a discounted first month, followed by the annual plan. A monthly plan may be available in New Zealand and Australia when an introductory offer is unavailable. Apple determines introductory eligibility; available options vary.

The offer shown before purchase states your price, currency, billing period and any introductory terms. Apple emails a subscription confirmation to your Apple Account's email address, showing the offer you accepted, its renewal price and dates and how to cancel. Keep it for your records. Your subscription settings also show your plan and dates. This page describes the plans generally and is not your personalised purchase record.

Automatic renewal and cancellation

Payment is charged to your Apple account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. A free trial or introductory period converts to the disclosed paid plan unless you cancel in time.

Open iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Prep and Chef, or open Apple's subscription settings (https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions). Follow the cancellation instructions and check the date Apple displays. Cancel before the renewal charge. For a free or discounted trial, Apple advises cancelling at least 24 hours before it ends.

You normally keep Premium through an already-paid period after cancelling. Apple may end free-trial access immediately upon cancellation. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel the subscription.

When Premium ends, saved recipes remain accessible and editable. Premium-only features stop. With 10 or more saved recipes, you must remove recipes to get below 10 or resubscribe before adding another.

Restore, refunds and price changes

Use Restore purchases if a purchase is missing, using the Apple account that made it. Restoring while signed in to a different Prep and Chef account moves Premium to that account. Signing out does not cancel your subscription. Contact us if access still appears incorrect.

Request App Store refunds through Apple (https://reportaproblem.apple.com/). We do not offer a separate voluntary money-back guarantee; your mandatory consumer rights remain intact. Apple handles billing and refund transactions, while Fox Labs remains responsible for its service obligations.

Prices may increase for future renewals with advance notice and consent where required. Already-paid periods and applicable offers or price-preservation commitments are honoured.
